Scrambled Missal



Dish: Scrambled Missal



Ingredients:



  • 3 Eggs

  • Pinch of Garam Masala

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 1 Cheese Cube

  • Shredded Onions

  • Handful Farsan (Ghatiya)

  • Shezwan Sauce

  • 1 Chakli

Procedure:



  • Scramble 3 Eggs along with a single Cheese cube.
  • Add a pinch of Salt.
  • Add a pinch of Garam Masala (I prefer East Indian bottle masala).
  • Once scrambled, Mix with Schezwan sause.

  • Shreds of Onion need to be cut & mixed with the egg & schezwan.

  • Add Chakli or Farsan of your choice for crunch effect.

  1. Yummmy!!....Made it for dinner last night..added half a tomato & pinch of chat masala too..it certainly is a quick meal for an individual.... :-)
