Dish: Scrambled Missal
Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- Pinch of Garam Masala
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Cheese Cube
- Shredded Onions
- Handful Farsan (Ghatiya)
- Shezwan Sauce
- 1 Chakli
Procedure:
- Scramble 3 Eggs along with a single Cheese cube.
- Add a pinch of Salt.
- Add a pinch of Garam Masala (I prefer East Indian bottle masala).
- Once scrambled, Mix with Schezwan sause.
- Shreds of Onion need to be cut & mixed with the egg & schezwan.
- Add Chakli or Farsan of your choice for crunch effect.
Yummmy!!....Made it for dinner last night..added half a tomato & pinch of chat masala too..it certainly is a quick meal for an individual.... :-)
